Conceived to obtain 𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐃 𝐯𝟒 certification, this 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒆𝒏&𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒉 office campus focuses on respect for the environment and human dimensions, thanks to the improvement of connectivity between the two buildings, the creation of new social spaces on the roof and on the ground floor and to the increase in surrounding greenery.
Much attention has been paid to optimization of performances and to increase user comfort. Improvement achieved through studies on climatic factors, energy modeling and evaluation of natural light to create the most efficient combination of shading.
