PARCHI DEL GARDA HOTELS

Drafting of Due Diligence on Electrical and Mechanical Systems at the “Parchi del Garda” hotel in Pacengo in the Municipality of Lazise (Verona). Instrumental tests were also carried out on the efficiency and safety of the systems throughout the hotel complex.

The structure is spread over 4 floors (basement, ground, first, second) distributed in 5 blocks, for a total of 233 rooms, conference centre, wellness area and meeting rooms:
