VOLKSWAGEN GROUP ITALIA HEADQUARTER

Energy requalification project for the Verona headquarters of Volkswagen Group Italia, in order to obtain the Nearly Zero Energy Building (NZEB) certification and achieve a 30% reduction in CO2 emissions deriving from company activities and a 20% cut in energy requirements.

The intervention led to important benefits such as the transition from energy class C to A4 and a reduction in demand from the previous 228.44 kWh/m2/year to 40.00 kWh/m2/year, which corresponds to a cut in emissions of CO2 equal to 702 tons/year.

Dabster was responsible for the final design and working drawings of the thermal power plant, the Audit and the design of the new fire sprinkler system, as well as the final design and working drawings of the fire prevention systems.
