Mille e una rosa Villa
Project for the energy requalification and internal renovation of the villa called “Villa mille e una rosa” which was owned by the Bocca Trezza, Livio, Mondadori and now De Simone families.
Dabster developed the Feasibility Study, preliminary and final design and working drawings of all mechanical and electrical systems. It also provided energy consultancy.
The villa consists of a main body distributed over 3 floors above ground (approximately 600 m2 per floor) and two lateral wings which house guest quarters and accommodation for servants. The project responds to numerous needs dictated by the historicity and constraints to which the villa is subjected, as well as by the architectural and interior furnishing choices. The architecture of the system, with some unusual characteristics, was an ad hoc response to the architectural and client requests, very attentive to environmental and acoustic comfort.
